The team who first built KS in 2007 in Singapore had a goal to build a recruitment firm based on values of integrity, loyalty and confidentiality. This was achieved and Singapore quickly grew to become a great business that supported our clients across APAC, working on searches mainly across business support functions.
With the success of APAC, we set our sights on the Middle East and opened an office in Dubai in January 2015 which extends our reach and offers additional global support to our clients. From here we can run more generalist professional role searches.

Permanent Search: We have a dedicated and loyal team who have all been employed by KS many years. They know their markets and are well networked in their space.
Contract Search: For a number of years, we have been offering contract recruitment solutions to our clients. Whether you need someone for a particular project, maternity leave or need cover whilst waiting for permanent headcount approval, we can help. We have a robust back office to manage the payroll and are fully insured. This service is currently only available in Singapore.
WDA Jobs Bank Management: Save your time on admin and let us manage this process for you. If you are hiring a non-Singaporean and need to advertise your role on WDA, we can do this for you and collate the data and send you a detailed report.
Payroll Services: If you are hiring a contractor and need to outsource the payroll element, we can manage this for you. This is only available for Singaporean/PR employees.
Personalised, Confidential Leadership & Career Coaching: KS Talent is able to offer a range of coaching solutions to both individuals and organisations. Harry Marshall, our 'resident' leadership, career and presentation coach works with both emerging and established leaders in multi national organisations across the Asia Pacific region. He supports these leaders to help build their presentation skills, understand their influence, communication and leadership styles and obtain clarity during a time of change and complexity.
